+Today is election day! Make sure you check out the College Dems’ endorsements and vote!
+The Michigan Daily’s editorial board has endorsed Dems’ very own Kevin Mersol-Barg and his running mate Amy Navvab for CSG president and vice president.
+The Daily has also released their “Students of the Year,” ten current students doing amazing things on and off campus. From performing in Broadway musicals to running a Gelato store to spinning yarn in their dorm rooms, all these students go above and beyond in making me feel inadequate.
+The emergency response system on campus is very effective, as all of us who got strange and frightening calls and text messages last week are aware.
+Student football ticket prices are higher for next year, despite playing fewer home games and playing our biggest rivals away from home. I hope the extra money will be spent on revamping the team mascot.
+In an event co-sponsored by the College Democrats, Maya Soetoro-Ng, Barack Obama’s half sister, will be speaking at the “Education for Peace and Global Awareness” lecture tomorrow.
+Apparently Jason Segel “charms” in “Jeff, Who Lives at Home,” but really, when does he not?
Happy election day!
